WebJan 8, 2011 · Discussion Starter · #1 · Jan 7, 2011. After my last trip, I noticed clicking noise coming from the CVT intake. I am at 345 miles. I took the clutch cover off and everything was clean and looked good, (I must have broke my clutch in the right way ). I am new to CVTs, when I turn the right part about a 1/4 turn, there is a click in the left part. WebJun 15, 2015 · Recently I have noticed my clutch is making a clicking noise. At the same spot when I am pushing down the clutch, I hear a click. So, I looked at the clutch and found the source of the noise. Luckily, nothing is broken. I tried lubricating it which has done nothing. Any suggestions on how to take care of this noise? Here is the source.
