I delete a link from both the import dock AND the side search bar that brings down the file size to 48MB ater saving. I upload an updated .fbx file that is about 184MB. I figured this was just the case for the mesh file and ignored it and then imported the same mesh file as a .fbx into Twinmotion as it was just being used as a site reference anyway ...
